Description	With Mt. Iwaki in the distance, the breathtaking scenery of Hirosaki Park and its 1300+ apples trees are wonderful representation of Hirosaki. There are 65 different varieties of apples and a special shop called Ringo no Ie (Apple House). It has a large assortment of over apple products and cafe food. For those wanting to spend time in the orchards, there are also chances to get hands-on experience. Guests can sort apples, learn how to care for and prune the leaves, spend time exploring the orchard, and of course, pick apples. This popular Aomori activity happens during the harvesting season from about August until mid-November.
